We realize that your personal finances may be top of mind right now and we strongly believe maintaining financial health is of the utmost importance. Please feel free to share this offer with friends and family.

Below are a list of resources to help provide education and reassurance as we navigate how COVID-19 is impacting both the markets and your personal finances:
A guide to ensure financial stability throughout the economic roller-coasters
Founder and CEO, Shannon McLay’s checklist on preparing for a recession
Shannon chats with Kevin Matthews, a Financial Advisor about what volatility is in the stock market and how you can manage your portfolios through volatile markets
Unfortunately during recessions, unemployment can be inevitable. Shannon sits down with Bridget Todd, Lead Trainer at the gym to discuss some of her best practices and how you can take the experience of getting laid off and turn it into something positive
It’s always important to stay in tune with and prioritize your own money goals
If you’re concerned about your investments, think of the stock market like turbulence on a plane. ‘Turbulence’ doesn't last forever. You wait until the turbulence calms down and then make changes. If you make changes in turbulent times, that's where you make mistakes.
Shannon discusses the "what if's" that we all wonder. What if the stock market were to crash? What if our banking systems crash? Listen to hear her take on the apocalypse, a special episode from Halloween 2015.
Remember that although our physical gyms are not open, our team is here to help you through this time. We're wishing everyone in our TFG community a safe and healthy few weeks.
Best,
The Financial Gym
