The Importance of Financial Literacy with Terri and Derby Chukwudi

On this episode of Financially Naked: Stories from The Financial Gym, our host is Terri Bennett, a Brooklyn-based Financial Trainer, and she is joined by fellow “Jersey Girl” Derby Chukwudi to talk about the importance of financial literacy and community.

Derby tells us how she learned about money at a young age and realized the importance of financial education. Knowledge can open up so many more opportunities, which in turn can improve life. Now working as an Analyst at JP Morgan, she also makes sure to give back to the community mostly through education in finance; since she saw firsthand the benefits of community working together.

Derby Chukidi is also running for Miss New Jersey USA on July 27th. **Vote on Miss New Jersey USA website for People’s Choice Awards: https://missnewjerseyusa.com/
