Head of Marketing & Content Creator
Before joining The Financial Gym, Whitney ran a successful online coaching business for 7 years helping people with body image, disordered eating, ADHD, and mindset. Despite her business success, she had nothing to show for it because she spent years overspending in her business and anxiously avoiding her finances. After getting into $60,000 of credit card debt during COVID, Whitney became a client of The Financial Gym and filed for bankruptcy. Her experience as a client made her so confident and knowledgeable about debt, finances, and bankruptcy that she accidentally became a โbankruptcy influencerโ on TikTok. We knew the best person to lead marketing at The Financial Gym would be someone who has experienced the magic of The Gym themselves, so when Whitney was ready to pause her coaching business, we knew she would be the perfect fit. She is motivated every day by seeing the amazing results our clients get and knowing how much getting help with her finances changed her life.
What is the best financial advice you were ever given?
Building wealth is actually quite boring. I used to think I had to make a million dollars in my business to live a rich life, but I eventually learned that you canโt have a rich life without rich habits. And long-term wealth comes from long-term planning and patience.
What are you working for?
A financially stress free life, being able to afford Botox in the US, and becoming work-optional.
